A3A makes wide-leg denim sized through to a true 56. We design for the body that exists, not the one a size chart wishes existed. Founded in 2026, made slowly in Cairo.
What A3A is
A3A is a denim label founded in Cairo in 2026. We make one thing — a high-rise, wide-leg jean — and we make it carefully. Egyptian cotton denim, a rise that holds, an inseam cut for height without tailoring. We launched with one fit because we'd rather make one thing well than five things adequately.
Why A3A
Standard size grids end where most bodies begin. Plus-size denim in particular tends to arrive as an afterthought — a scaled-up sample size with the proportions wrong, the rise too low, the inseam too short. That gap is the reason A3A exists.
Every A3A jean is graded across the full size run — 40 through 56 — from real bodies, not from a single sample size pushed through software. Plus sizing isn't a separate menu on a drop-down. It's the brief.
How we make it
Cut and sewn in our Cairo studio. Lockstitch seams, bar tacks at every stress point, real metal hardware. We move at the speed of one small team paying attention — sample, fit, grade, sew, ship. Slow on purpose.
Where we are
Designed, drafted, and sewn in Cairo, Egypt. We currently ship across Egypt — Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, Upper Egypt, Red Sea, North Coast. International shipping will follow when we can do it without compromising the price or the timing.
