Privacy
Your data, plainly.
What we collect, why, and what we don't. Cairo studio, Egyptian customers.
What we collect
When you order: your name, shipping address, phone, and email so we can deliver the parcel and follow up if anything's off. When you create an account, we add your saved addresses and order history. We also see standard browsing data (pages viewed, time on site) like any website.
How we use it
To ship your order, send confirmation and shipping updates, and answer your messages. If you opt into our newsletter, we use your email for that — no other lists. Anonymous analytics tell us which pages are slow or broken.
Who we share it with
Only what's necessary: the courier gets your name, address, and phone; the payment processor gets the parts they need for the transaction; our email provider sends the transactional emails. We don't sell your data — ever.
Marketing pixels
If you don't block them, we use Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure ad performance. Personal fields (email, phone) are hashed (one-way) on our server before they go to Meta — Meta never sees the plain text.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond within 14 days. Egyptian data protection law applies.
How long we keep it
Order records for 7 years (Egyptian tax law). Marketing-list email until you unsubscribe. Browsing analytics, 14 months.
