Flat 80 EGP. Free over 2,000 EGP.

Payment

Cash on Delivery, or InstaPay. For Cash on Delivery we'll WhatsApp you the morning of delivery to confirm you're available. For InstaPay we send a link with your order confirmation — we dispatch the same day we see the payment.

The policy

14 days from delivery to return or exchange, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, with original tags.

How to start a return or exchange

Start it yourself at Return or exchange — choose a refund or an exchange and we'll arrange pickup from your address; you don't need to ship it back yourself. Or DM @a3a.eg with your order number if you'd rather we handle it.

Refunds

Returned to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the item. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll send a bank transfer or Vodafone Cash to the number on file.

Exchanges for a different size

We send the new size on the same return pickup. New shipping fees apply on the exchange.

Items returned after 14 days. Items returned worn or without tags. Sale items marked "Final sale".
